Adopting Siemens programmable controller and control computer, the control system can either have automatic or manual control over weighing, mixing, discharging and others in the production process. 2. The linear plates and vanes of stirrer use anti-wearing alloy casting. The stirring arm uses alloy cast steel thus prolonging its life of usage. 3. The aggregate is measured using an accumulative metering system, while the powder and asphalt are measured separately. This is done to ensure the reliability and accuracy of batching. 4. The bucket type double-chain elevator is used for the elevation of the hot aggregate and powder. 5. Its burning system can use light oil, heavy oil, or coal-fired burner. 6. Modes of dust removal include gravity dust removal, cyclone dust removal, water dust removal, bag dust removal or other types. 7. Finished products bins can come in different specifications (30, 60, 80, 100, 120, 160, 240 ton) and can be chosen according to preference.
